The Chronicles’ New Look

The University Chronicle, which is the student run paper of St Cloud State University, has just officially launched their new website.
With the end of the Fall 2008 academic year, Ali Tweten, the then Editor-in-Chief of the Chronicle, was already in talks with College Publisher to move the Chronicles’ site onto the new College Publisher 5 system.
Following the change in staff positions and the changes in the Chronicle’s publication from a semi-weekly to a weekly (mind you, not cutting down on the content but focusing more on daily/instant updates), the new site has been set up as well and was launched on the 8th of June 2009.
The new website is still very new and there will be changes to it in the upcoming months as well. As more content is being published and more user feedback is received, the website will only improve and change into a more interactive medium between the news media and the news consumer.
